“In Your Garage” Background
I got this 1965 Corvette Convertible 31 years ago as a gift from a former employer. We had it painted about eight years ago, installed the TREMEC TKX four years ago, had the engine rebuilt 20 years ago, had new gauges installed three years ago, and installed a rack-and-pinion 10 years ago. We also replaced the ignition with an MSD unit and installed a FiTech fuel-injection system. Wilwood brakes were the latest upgrade. It rides and drives more like a modern car than a 61-year-old car. Trying to figure out what’s next!
