Joe Greeves

Joe Greeves says he has the best of both worlds. An active freelance who began his career with his first published article in Truckin’ magazine way back in 1974, Joe was prolific while he was on active duty. After retiring from the Marine Corps with 25 years of service, “Col. Joe” embarked on a second amazing career, continuing to contribute to more than a dozen stateside magazines as well as publications in London and Australia. After a series of custom vans, his most recent radical ride was a one-of-a-kind Chevrolet pickup that became a SEMA booth truck, a four-month headliner on the World of Wheels, a star of a Speed Channel TV series, and featured in 23 magazines around the world. “Building that truck was a great source of pride but getting to interact with talented builders, manufacturers, and editors every day makes this job a non-stop pleasure!” Joe and his wife, Ann live in St. Augustine Florida.
